Events & additional services

As well as providing all the services outlined we can also offer you a full event service. This consists of everything from initial consultations & full event planning, to just offering advice or helping with certain particulars that would enhance an event.

Please remember that to provide this service, you must make initial contact sufficiently in advance to allow us to fully organize your event.

Below are just some of the areas in which we can advise and help:

Bespoke catering

With consultation, we can tailor the food service offered to your event, with different service styles and menus. For instance a networking event could be given a Spanish feel with bowled Tapas served to the guests. Or canapes can be created especially for a wine tasting event that requires guest’s palates to remain uncompromised by overpowering flavours. In essence, we will work with you to help you create an event that works for you and your guests.

Flowers

Adding flowers to any event can make the difference without a huge cost. In reflection of this, we can cater for any request (within season) or offer suggestions - for instance providing flowers that follow the same colours of your event. With enough time most ideas are possible.

Entertainment

With any large event, creating the right atmosphere is essential. Entertainment can make an event! This can be anything from having a jazz band at a summer event to playing background music or even having a variety of entertainers.

Decorations & theming

We can help in sourcing requests for any type of decoration or themed event ideas.

Linen

Generally all linen used outside of formal dining is black. This we consider to be professional and in keeping with the building environment. That said, it might not always be appropriate or desired. Just by changing the colour of the linen you can enhance the professional feel and show attention to detail.

Please note that at all times the buildings’ strict health & safety and fire regulations must be adhered to. This can therefore restrict certain event ideas.
