2. Working Lunches

Please select either the traditional or superior working lunch and add any enhancements you may require.

Dietary key: (W) contains wheat, (V) vegetarian, (D) contains dairy, (N) contains nuts

A. Traditional working lunch (w) - £4.95

The traditional lunch uses fresh loaves of bread with traditional fillings and is simply presented:

• 1 ½ rounds of mixed traditional sandwiches per person
• Fresh cut fruit
• still & sparkling mineral water
• Enhancements can be ordered as specified

Please inform us if you wish some of the sandwiches to be served in rye or gluten free bread.

B. Superior working lunch (w) - £5.95

The speciality lunch uses a selection of fresh breads and wraps, deluxe fillings and appropriate presentation:

• 5 pieces of mixed speciality sandwiches and wraps per person
• Fresh cut fruit
• still & sparkling mineral water
• Enhancements can be ordered as specified

F. Satay range (D,N) - £2.25

• Chicken, beef and roasted vegetable satay with dips of peanut (N,D) and grain mustard mayonnaise (D) - 1 of each per person

G. Sushi plate - £6.50

• Selection to include nigiri, maki roll, california rolls, Yakiniku rolls – 4 per plate
• Requires 24 hour notice period as direct from specialist supplier

H. Mediterranean plate (W) - £2.00

• Selection of bruschetta with regional meats, fish and vegetables on bite sized ciabatta – 3 per plate

I. British sausage plate (W) - £1.30

• Cumberland mini sausages with grain mustard dip - 3 per plate

J. Naughty plate (W,D,N) - £2.00

• Selection of cakes to include chocolate brownies, banana cake, lemon tart – 2 per plate

K. Cheese plate (W,D) - £2.25

• A choice of hard, soft and blue cheeses with home-made chutney and oat cakes

L. Cookie plate (W,D) - £1.25
